Holy shit, there's so much diversion, misinformation, and flat out bullshit in this post I cant even begin.....
Unless this signature is a forgery Donald Trump is guilty of felony campaign charges....the same ones he threw his lawyer under the bus for in which he proceeded to do jail time. But as we learned, a sitting president cant be charged with crimes while in office. So his lawyer went to prison while the preisdent was offically named an accomplice but not charged. Aint AMerica great ?
Mueller stated collusion with Russia most certainly occurred....but collusion isnt a crime unless its "Conspiracy"... And since Donald Trump used Wikileaks and ROgerStone as a middle man collusion was all that could be proved. And that was do in large part to his lackies who obstructed and lied to the investigators for which they were later pardoned. The Founding fathers didnt see that one coming.
In any event, "Conspiracy" was proven with Trump's recorded phone call with Ukraine. Even Mitch McCOnnell agreed. He just didnt have the balls to hold Trump accountable for it. What a bummer.
Then there was the whole January 6 thing. Nuff said.
Current lawsuits surround his recorded phone call to Georgia where he illegally intervened in a national election ....and his Enron accounting . Will he be found guilty? Stay tuned. There's people rotting in prison for doing far less.
Diversion? Misinformation? Flat out bullshit? I don't think so. I think you can't handle the truth. You can't even begin because you missed my point entirely.
I showed two examples of Democrat hyperscreaming Trump is Going To Jail. Neither amounted to any charge or any conviction. There are many more. The latest example is the Manhattan DA looking like they are dropping their Trump investigation with the two lead prosecutors resigning last week. Why is that? Maybe because after 4 years on the case they didn't have shit.

And yet, for YEARS you have been telling us that the "tRump Crime Family Syndicate" is going down. Ever think that you're the one being played by overzealous partisans including Democrat prosecuters and political operatives? Weren't you one of the first here to claim Trump was in the pocket of Russian Alpha Bank because of the Hillary Campaign Propaganda? Did you even read the Greenwald piece on how badly the Meuller team missed on anything directly related to President Trump?
You guys remind me of Charlie Brown who keeps thinking Lucy is going to let him kick the ball and it just never happens for him.

I'm not sure. Is that the guy whose involvement as a 'co-conspirator' was alleged by a convicted perjurer? The guy who has never been charged or convicted? That guy?

Another Q nut. I wouldn't be surprised if Charles was leading the charge into the Capital with his Confederate flag.
You want proof of Trump's corruption, Charles? Watch and learn.
The Trump organization has been indicted for avoiding income and payroll taxes on both sides of the ledger by paying employees under the table.
Trump's near-bankrupt casino was illegally funded by his daddy. (Didn't help much, did it?)
Trump paid $130,000 to Stormy Daniels which was one of the reasons his personal attorney went to prison.
Mick Mulvaney, Trump's chief of staff, admitted that funds were withheld from Ukraine because they failed to investigate and implicate Democrats.
The Trump organization inflated their net worth, and even the square footage of their property, when they applied for loans. But they minimized their worth when it came to paying taxes.
A REPUBLICAN led Senate committee reported that Trump's campaign contacts with the Russians was a "grave threat."
That's a partial list, Charles. Enjoy getting your ass kicked around the block, Charles? Want to challenge me on any of the above, Charles?
I'm waiting...

Well you just smeared 75 million of your fellow Americans as condoning treason and rape and as utterly abhorrent bigots, You left off commie-nazis. Go ahead and admit it. You want them all blacklisted, right? Of course you do. Or maybe just sent to re-education camps. And we all know what that makes you.
If you say of, say, a murderer, "that guy's a murderer," you're not "smearing" him; you're just stating a fact. Likewise, the 75 million. Hell, they're proud of what they are and what they've done.
Your silly "extrapolation" is false. I don't want those people hauled away. I want them smartened up. But just to shove your idiot point a little further up your ass--the 75 million had every right to vote the way they did. They could also have voted for Pol Pot, Homer Simpson, or Big Elvis if they wanted to.
But what I DO object to is the 75 million trying to take away that right from their fellow citizens. THAT, Charlie Boy, is a crime and deserves the strictest pu nishment.

Sure. Kind of looks like a list of allegations and guilt by association. Please list out each of the actual criminal charges and criminal convictions of Donald Trump and we can discuss exactly how you're ass kicking. I'm waiting....

Oh I see. You can't defend your argument so I'm a Q Nut and a Confederate Insurrectionist. You just can't make this shit up. Well you can and did. What an awful person you must be in real life.

Charles, you may have heard the phase innocent until proven guilty but you never understood it. It simply means that if you are charged with a crime at your trial you will be given the assumption of innocence until the prosecution proves you guilty. During your trial is the only time this applies.
Pretrial you are assumed guilty and likely have been or are currently detained awaiting trial. If you are found not guilty, you don't receive any compensation for the time you were detained. Depending on the crime and jurisdiction it can be two years or more before you go to trial.
Even if you are acquitted at trial, once the trial is over people and businesses are legally allowed to discriminate against you simply because you were arrested.
If you want to lead the charge for criminal justice reform, I am all for it. In the meantime, don't continue spreading the fallacy. Trump should be treated the same as any other perp that is under investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies.
Of course I understand what innocent until proven guilty is. I think you've lost your way though. While it's true that it's a legal principle, presuming someone innocent of a crime is a fundamental fairness. It is a recognized international Human Right. I don't think you understand what that means. Those are standards of ethical human behavior and moral principles not baked into the legal system.
I accused your Democrat ilk here of McCarthyism. When I said Americans presume people are innocent of crimes until they are proven guilty with an opportunity to defend themselves. I was making an ethical argument not a legal one. McCarthyism is campaign or practice that uses unfair allegations and investigations to smear your fellow citizens. Take a step back on this and tell me it's not happening.
1. Political operative creates a series of false accusations of criminal behavior against a political opponent.
2. Operative then reports those accusations (and falsified evidence) to friendly legal authorities to start an investigation
3. Operative then leaks that the accused person is 'under investigation' to friends in the press.
4. Partisan press promotes the investigation for months via leaks from partisan legal authorities.
5. Partisan minions duped by false narratives then use every opportunity to declare the political opponent GUILTY and 'A criminal', 'A rapist', 'Treasonous', 'Collaborator, Co-Conspirator.
6. Finally, using guilt by association, the minions then use every opportunity to smear millions of fellow citizens as evil racist, rape supporting insurrectionists.
7. Something like this could never happen in America, right?
I'm the first to admit it's been done by Republicans too ('Lock her up'). It’s equally wrong. But if you’re going to call Trump a treasonous rapist and criminal based on partisan allegations then there is just as much evidence Joe Biden is a sexual predator and pedophile…and you must be one too because you voted for him. See how that works? I'm sorry you don't see how wrong that is.
Charles, you're a good, loyal Trumper! I see you've mastered the classic false equivalence argument, which is very often carried to ridiculous lengths by conservitards.
It's a completely absurd argument to say that because Trump hasn't been convicted of anything yet, he's obviously snow-white innocent of anything and everything. It's also beyond stupid to compare the various allegations against Trump--most of which are very well-founded--to McCarthyism, which, as I'm sure you know, was a series of completely false accusations. Your comparison is invalid and idiotic.
And you're ignoring the high crimes and treason for which Trump was impeached, and that he only got off because of the RepubliQ Senate.
Where there's smoke, there's fire. If over a dozen women accuse someone of being a rapist, they might all be lying. If dozens of business entities as well as hundreds of individuals accuse someone of having cheated them/stolen from them/ripped them off, they could all be lying. But really, Charles, which do you think is more likely?
Lastly...75 million Americans are stupid, evil, ignorant assholes for voting twice for one of the worst human beings to ever walk the planet, let alone to run for President. That's not "smearing" them. Nobody with a brain, a conscience, or morals should have been anything but utterly repulsed by the Orange Pusbag. The fact that sooooo many people actually LUVVVVV him is sickening, appalling, frightening, and sad.
We'd be a much better nation and society if each and every one of those 75 million motherfuckers dropped dead tomorrow. (Now, I'm sure someone will bleat about "Kevin wants to kill Republicans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" or some such, which is not what I'm saying at all.)
