Both Bush and Obama rationalized no declaration of war was needed from Congress as their attacks were not made at recognized foreign states - but rather ungoverned radicals.
Trump has now officially attacked a foreign state and assassinated its defense secretary.
I'm sorry if you cant appreciatte the difference in that....or the difference in consequences it brings.

The point is that the democrats had no problems when obama drops bombs but get their panties in a twist when President Trump does it.
The difference is that when Obama took military action, he listened to briefings, read reports, consulted his advisors, researched the situation, and then carefully considered his options.
Trump, on the other hand, had a hissy fit because he was worried about impeachment and made a spur-of-the-moment decision at three in the morning, completely on his own, to blow somebody up. It actually didn't matter who.
The point is that whatever Obama did or didn't do, that has nothing to do with what Trump just did. And by the way, you Trumptards were howling in outrage every time Obama did anything, so your lack of outrage now at what Trump did shows that all your complaining was just partisan hot air bullshit.
