Tom's "report" about illegal immigrants' vaccination rates is horseshit, because how could such data be compiled? Typical conservative racist lies.
I count twenty-seven times he's mentioned the low vaccination rates of some ethnic groups. Even if it's true--so what? What does Tommie-poo want us to do? Hate them a little harder?

The illegals data comes from the Border Patrol.

Charles...it's impossible to quickly fix being obese or being a smoker. Plus, what would the cutoff be? 10 percent over ideal BMI? 5 percent?
The difference with covid is that to transition from vulnerable to immune takes fifteen minutes and costs nothing. Plus, there's no argument over what constitutes being fully vaccinated.
I suppose we can blame everyone for their lifestyle choices, but the comparison with covid vaccination isn't valid. Refusing the vaccine isn't a lifestyle choice; it's an "I'm a Trump-licking, irresponsible idiot" choice.

Nonsense. Horseshit. The Border Patrol has no way of ascertaining the vax status of all illegals--only the ones it catches, which is and always has been a small fraction of the total. Plus, it has no idea about the ones who are already here.
Furthermore---and I'm sure you don't know this---most of the "illegals" who are presently here arrived legally. The most common situation is people overstaying their visas. Their interactions would have been with Customs and Immigration, not the Border Patrol. The vast majority would have come here pre-pandemic.
