KevinLewis propounds that a vote for President determines whether a person is good or evil.
Just to try to help poor old DonDiego to be the best person he can be, can KevinLewis explain if voting for someone other than the Democrat always results in damnation, . . . or can one occasionally choose, say, the Liberal Party candidate, or the Green Party, or the Libertarian Party, or the Party for Socialism and Liberation. . . or the Communist Party USA nominee ?
Or if, indeed the Communist Party USA would be even more noble than than Democrat Party ?
Not determines. Is an indicator. If I knew nothing else about a person, I would consider them having voted for Trump as a reliable indicator that they are evil, an idiot, or both. Of course, if a person, say, killed, cooked, and ate several small children, I would consider them evil even if they had voted for Biden.
To further clarify for DonDiego---voting for Trump is the evil act; voting for a third party candidate is mostly just stupid. However, if, as appears to have been the case in several prior Presidential elections, throwing one's vote away on a third party candidate results in the forces of evil winning---that is both stupid AND mildly evil; it is an abrogation of one's civic duty, much as it would be to vote for Donald Duck.*
*Let me hasten to add that I would consider that Donald to be vastly preferable as President compared to the current Donald.
