How completely fucking stupid to state or imply that who happens to be US President affects what Russia does to/with its neighbors! Putin understands that whoever is in charge will likely be gone in a few years, and in eight years at the absolute most.
Maybe you're trying to imply that bigly manly Trump stood up to Putin, brandished his fist, and said, "Don't you nasty Russkies try anything!!!" and Putin, scared shitless, disbanded his army or something.
