OAN Canceled

It seems Directv decided to let the teat OAN was sucking on run dry.

OAN somehow scored better than FOX News on the fair-n-balanced chart.   FOX is in the Red Rectangle  described as "nonsense damaging to the public discourse."

Who would of thought?

I wonder what's the difference between "hyper-partisan" and "extreme." It's interesting how close to the lower right-hand corner Fox News lies. There's a nuance to that, though--if you tune in to Fox during early prime time, you get sorta kinda actual news with only moderate, though still unmistakable, bias. A couple hours after that, though, it all descends into full-blown raving nutjob territory, abandoning all proportion, logic, or decency.

So if you pick and choose your viewing times, you can cram your Fox News experience right down there in the bottom right, with InfoWars.

(By the way, have you ever considered how wonderfully appropriate InfoWars' name is? They're at war with information itself.)

Oh yeah.  Liberals creaming in their pants because they think we're always better off whenever they can just silence opposing views rather than debate them.

I'm old enough to remember when real liberals would be appalled by the cancel culture.  Now, not so much.

Why should we be appalled by something that exists only in conservitard fantasies?

So you deny that Democrats (including elected officials)  were actively trying to cancel OAN?  You're the one living in a fantasy world.

I refer to your silly "cancel culture" conservitard meme. OAN wasn't removed (or, as I'm sure you'd like to say, "canceled") because of some vast liberal radical Democrats eat babies Deep State SOOOOCIALIST conspiracy. It was removed because its viewership was declining and it was losing money.

Whether that happened because there were fewer conservitard morons watching the shit they displayed, I don't know. But it was a business decision made by DirecTV, not some political move.

But since you asked---no, they weren't, whatever you mean by "actively trying to cancel." That's just a moronic idea of yours, not the reality. Democrats have neither the power NOR THE INCLINATION to stifle opposing points of view. That's what YOUR boys do.

Charles, being an asshole doesn't become you--but if you can't help that, why slather on an additional thick layer of stupidity?

Nope, I am glad freeloading OAN's welfare ended. OAN's owners need to adequately fund the operation so it can stand on its own feet.

It's funny how Capitalist Charles doesn't approve of a business decision made by a private company. I thought that was sacred RepubliQ conservitard dogma--survival of the fittest, and all that.

*sniff*sniff* Is that a wee bit of hypocrisy I smell?

What's OAN?
