You are correct, but the missiles could deliver a nuke. Can you say this agreement is anything but our surrender? We will have  spent somewhere around 2 trillion on this war by the time it's all said and done and for what?

Iran will be the regions superpower now.

This is the biggest military blunder in the history of the United States.

I'll reserve judgement until after deciphering all the published tenets of this agreement. I haven't read them yet.

I posted a link to it in a new thread.  Tell me what your judgement is after reading that.

What nuke?

Whatever nuclear weapons could be deployed on such a missile.

Duh.

Tactical nuclear weapons can be fired from arrays not much larger than a howitzer and would cause tens of thousands of casualties if fired into the center of a densely populated city, or could neutralize a military base. And guess what, boys and girls...they're fairly easy to manufacture, and Iran already has the guidance technology in place. And thanks to Trump, they've been busily manufacturing those weapons for almost a decade.

Can Iran trust us, considering that Trump broke the prior treaty and then launched an illegal, undeclared war against them?

The real "trust element," and the only one that matters, is the element of the relationship that we've had with Russia ever since they acquired nuclear weapons. Did we trust them? Never. Did they trust us? Never. But both sides trusted that any attacks would be met with swift and devastating retaliation. The only time that trust almost failed was during the reign of Ronny Raygun.

Given Trump's historical behavior with Iran, I think it's far more likely that he, not Iran, will renege in any agreement. Reneging and dishonoring agreements and treaties is what he does, so much so that in the future, to "Trump" an agreement will mean to renege on it
