What I don't understand is why Boiler thinks Chicago is being overrun by crazed violent black people--yet, he lives there--and stupid Tommie-poo endlessly complains about the 15 billion murders every week in NYC (all of which are committed by IMMERGENTS)--yet, he lives there.

Also, I wonder why millions of people still live in these unimaginable hellholes and it costs $3000 to rent a one-bedroom apartment. Could it be that...Boiler and stupid Tommie-poo are...exaggerating??

PJ assures me that my friend doesn't know what's going on and that voilence in Old Town is infrequent.  This CVS is 4 blocks to the south of Steve's place, and it was planning to close due to violence and theft inside and just in front of their store.  I walked past the place one week ago after a 1:10pm White Sox game.  I was warned not to walk this Gold Coast/Old Town street at night, so I Ubered past this CVS on Friday.

Note that I said the this CVS is located on the "Gold Coast" of Chicago.  The very area which is near the lake and that PJ assure's us that all is great.  CVS disagrees strongly with PJ.

CVS agrees with me that the area is going to hell, and that the criminals are out of jail in an hour.  The I.S. bond that is discussed in this article is when the thug signs a paper to appear in court, and puts no bond money down.  Of course, these punks know that the prosecutors won't do shit and the punks don't go to jail.

The citizens came up with a plan and worked with CVS so the location wouldn't be closed.  The city didn't do shit.

You mean CVS put up security cameras?  Welcome to the 21st Century...and the security guard promises to testify in court whereas he didnt before?  Thats big.     cops cant press charges without evidence and testimony....so by your own article's admission those things were missing before and now they arent.   

If the police werent prosecuting crooks it wouldnt matter if they were caught on camera or not.  So you're admitting the cops do their job when the evidence now allows them too.

Regardless it has nothing to do with the fictional story you made up about ongoing  mobs of black people attacking white visitors in the touristy uptown of CHicago.

People released on bail aren't "criminals" unless and until they're convicted of crimes. And they certainly aren't all "thugs"--that would be MAGAs. And we let MAGAs run around loose all the time.

The system that Boiler and stupid Tommie-poo want, that no one accused of a crime is ever released on bail, would result in huge expenses and massive court delays. But that's the way they do things in China!

What Boiler really wants, of course, is for all black people to be rounded up and put into concentration camps. But then, Boiler's imaginary friend would just he attacked by other white people. Or Martians.

And just as an addendum to your CVS story...the neighborhood dynamic you painted is EXACTLY why sanctuary cities exist - contrary to the bullshit served up on FOX news.

Illegal aliens largely ignore crime, dont report it, and dont testify in court about it  - IF they fear that their participation in the legal process will result in them being reported to the Feds for deportation.   In snactuary cities they dont need to worrty about that - so they can report rapes, burglaries, murders, and assaults when they occur.   In non-sanctuary cities they dont - just the like your CVS neighborhood used to.
