The party of fiscal responsibility

I'm saying now your EV is $5 an hour on quarter vp.  Not 2004 or 2009.  I did about the same as you back then and wouldn't argue that.

You know nothing about sports (you've proven that over and over on this forum for years here) so I highly doubt you were a sports bettor that made a profit.  I can't comment on poker.

But still, I see no reason one would file a schedule C with any of those three activities in the last 4-5 years at least.....maybe 10.  It seems like another lie for some unknown reason.

I told you why. If I stop filing Schedule C with that listed profession, I might have to go through the approval process all over again in the future.

And I don't give a shit if you or PackerFucker believe me or not. And the extent of YOUR sports knowledge is your misogyny.

Why on earth would I lie about filing a Schedule C, anyway? Jesus. You sound so stupid sometimes.

That is what we are asking......why do you lie so much?

Because you're a pathological liar.

It's not about the schedule C. It's about you not being a professional gambler. You said you lost your bankroll and stopped being a professional gambler years ago. The IRS requires certain criteria be met to file as a professional gambler. You just don't meet the criteria. You don't believe in online gambling or gambling at the indigenous people casinos. That leaves Nevada and Atlantic City. You claim to be a big time sports bettor and poker tournament player, but don't take any trips to support that. Kevin Lewis a sports bettor! Now that is a real hoot. You couldn't have picked a more improbable form of gambling to be a professional at. Why do you post a simple falsehood and then compound it with such fantastically unbelievable tales? It simply comes down to: is it more likely than not to be true or false. Of course, it's always false with you.

You can rant and rave all you want. That, after all, is the entertainment value some seek, but adds nothing of substance to prop up your lies. You probably believe that by spewing filthy names and inuendo you're validating, somehow, your fallacious posts. I'm sure that I'm not the only one to see through your filthy smokescreens.

Take another pretend trip from your rented room soon. Maybe you'll become a baccarat player next make believe trip. Such a pitiful life must be horrible to be living.

Please get some much needed psychological help.

Some of the IRS criteria

Whether the taxpayer conducted the gambling in a businesslike manner, including keeping books and records to track income and expenses. - MAYBE

The level of expertise the taxpayer has developed over time, and whether he or she consults experts or attends educational courses about gambling; - RANTING ABOUT REPUBLICANS ON THE LVA DOESN'T COUNT

The time and effort expended by the taxpayer in carrying on gambling activities; - BY HIS OWN ADMISSION; NOT MUCH

The taxpayer’s time, attention, and success devoted to other activities not related to gambling; - CLAIMS TO HAVE BEEN A FULL TIME TEACHER

The financial status of the taxpayer, including whether he or she makes a living through other endeavors; - SEE ABOVE

Whether elements of personal pleasure or recreation are present.  - KEVIN DOESN'T BELIEVE IN FUN

Sicko, so much of the nonsense you've posted is completely, factually wrong...it kind of fits in nicely with your fantasy that you know all about my life for the last thirty years.

Now crawl back in your hole. Whatever's wrong with your mind, I can't help you.
