In any case the WH staff is again walking back biden's statements.  Every time they let him out in public, they have to walk his statements back

Last night he tripped on the stage (again).  He followed it up by again saying that there will be no more drilling

"No more drilling," Biden said. After the protester continued to shout at him, he shot back, sounding even more irritable: "There is no more drilling. I haven’t formed any new drilling."

He continues to wage war on the oil companies & then wonders why they won't invest in increasing drilling & production capacity.
