Say what you want, but we're better off without tRump.

I thought Dark Biden did a nice job tonight. He came out in favor of democracy and in favor of accepting election results.

I suppose the other political party will complain about that.

Yeah, the MAGA gang came out with a couple of precooked whines about how it's really the Democrats who are threatening democracy and Biden is insulting the 75 million drooling mouth-breathers who voted for Trump.

Notably, though, the RepubliQ chose a couple of relatively minor foot soldiers to deliver their message. The best move for the RepubliQ would have been to keep their mouths shut completely, but that would have been too smart for them.

I'm getting the sense that a lot of people who identify as Republican are ashamed of what their party has become and the awful man who controls it.

Can't complain about anything as nobody saw it.  The main networks didn't air it; they showed reruns of bad shows instead as they figured there was no importance in it.  

Actually, the networks did what was most profitable for them, as corporations are wont to do.

I agree that it was something the MAGA morons didn't want to hear, so given that the majority of slack-jawed goobers staring at the TV are conservitards, they might have thought that preempting the Gilligan's Island rerun wasn't a good idea.

Sorry everyone, I have to admit that I responded to Jerry Ice's comment about the networks not covering the speech with a little too much haste. So what I should have said was:

That's all you got?? That's your critique? That networks didn't choose to air the speech? That's all you got? YOU GOTTA BE FUCKING KIDDING ME!!!!

Look up "wont" (no apostrophe) in the dictionary (that's the big dusty book with a lot of words). "Wont" means "preference" or "inclination," and to be wont to do something, similarly, is to have a habit or history of doing that thing.

But don't beat yourself up for not knowing this, Jerry. I wouldn't have thrown it at my third-graders.
