I don't know how much you know about beer, but you are ignorant of history. JFK's New Frontier introduced the law that eventually became Medicare and Medicaid; he introduced a bill that would give aid to depressed areas; he introduced a bill that would, and eventually did, give federal aid to education for the first time; he introduced what would become the 1964 Civil Rights act; and, he introduced a bill that would reduce the highest federal income tax rate, yes, but from 90% to 70%. All of these were successfully resisted by a combination of Republicans and Southern Conservative Democrats until his death and the success of LBJ's Great Society. So if you think that establishing the foundation of the current welfare state and advocating a top income tax rate of 70% is the definition of a "right winger", you are completely wrong and just showing your ignorance.

He seems not to understand that Johnson's Great Society programs were a continuation of JFK's policies. He would rather bleat than learn.
