The Ruling and the Numbers

The Javits Center & the hospital ship were both empty, so they could have been sent there.

Not included in the count are nursing home patients who got sick in the nursing homes, then shipped to the hospitals, where they then died. The estimate is this is an additional several thousand.

All told this could be about a third of the states death total.

Wow, you've deteriorated to rersponding over and over to your own posts. No one will play with you, you're reduced to playing with yourself.

Sure looks like you're playing with him.

Anyone remember when trump wanted Americans to stay on infected cruise ships?

Apparently these undisputed facts and numbers don't sit well with some who post here. Since they can not dispute the facts, now is the time to change the focus of this post, to wit; -----Anyone remember when trump wanted Americans to stay on infected cruise ships? --- Another example of the lying, leftist liberals dealing with topics that don't align with their rhetoric. This subject changing question and who posted it was not unexpected by me.

Time for baby's baba...

An attempt to divert the discussion down a different path:

THE SADDEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE is the day you have to put a parent in a Nursing Home.

What can you do to avoid being put in a nursing home yourself?  EXERCISE.

The #1 reason for putting a parent (or anyone) in the NH comes about when they cannot get themselves to/from/on/off the pot.   Most people can care for an elder until that elder can no longer participate in their own toileting.  Upper body strength is key, surprisingly.

So, as you age, get into an exercise routine.  Don't give in to the rocking chair or recliner chair or bed.  Keep active.

No they couldn't have been sent to the hospital ship. The hospital ship was NEVER made available to Covid-19 patients. But I'm sure they didn't tell you that on Fox or Breitbart or the ONAN Network.

The Navy hospital ship, equipped with 1,000 beds and 12 operating rooms, was intended to host non-coronavirus-related patients, which would free up resources at medical centers dealing with the outbreak.

Since NY didn't use the ships, we know that NY had available hospital beds for the infected old people.  They sent the infected folks back to facilities that Cuomo knew couldn't prevent the virus spread of the the others.

Do you guys really believe that this was a good idea and that there were no better solutions?  Really, this is your argument that the governor had no better options?

Tell us yes or no, so we know where you stand.
