Charles, maybe you've picked up on the fact that while I object to conservatism in general, on the issue of immigration, what I primarily object to is the demonization of immigrants. I think a desire to pack up everything, often at great personal risk, and find a new life here is laudable and should be celebrated. Certainly, I don't get upset if someone doesn't fill out the right forms.

Kevin...Demonizing them as a group shouldn't be anybody's goal , imo. As long as these migrants are subject to and follow some structured and orderly  screening process based on existing laws and within some semblance of fiscal feasibility ( which would theoretically red flag any true criminals / bad guys, etc.), I have no problem with anybody who is attempting to improve their personal and family life situation. And , as I've stated numerous and too many times now, I don't think the current policies and processes at our borders  meet those standards. I realize you disagree, but ..c'est la vie.

If it isn't a secret why are they being flown into a closed airport at 3am?.  Why were news cameras not allowed? The film was from a bodycam.

Your own article says the immigrants where united with RELATIVES per the policy I just outlined which is the best way to acclimate them to our country and get them working.

The article said SOME relatives.  Many were sent to immigration groups no further informtion is available as to what happens to them after that.

Others were just dumped at highway rest stops.

Hochul has laid out the welcome mat in New York, recently boasting that undocumented arrivals would be eligible for Medicaid: “If you’re undocumented … over the age of 65, we’ll pick up that tab regardless of your status.”

So NY had no trouble taking in the thousands that the biden gang dumped on them, but it is a crisis for a few busloads

Thats right, Tom.  Biden dropped them off at an affordable housing complex that was awaiting their arrival and had resurces to get them situated.  DeSantis dropped his assylum seekers off on a sidewalk in front of a politcal opponents house with none of those things.    Does it register to you how the former is a compassionate way to treat human beings...and the latter is purely an exercise in being as asshole with little kids baring the consequences?   I suspect not. 

DeSantis and Abbott demonstrate why they should never have the reigns of the WHite House.  Much like Trump, they dont just embrace bad ideas they are genuine assholes that dont mind purposefully making people suffer to score politcal points with their mouthbreathing base.  

pj - you really need to improve your reading skills.  In addition to an affordable housing complex, the biden gang has dropped them at bus depots, & in neighborhoods in Yonkers & the Bronx.

The point is that the biden gang has been flying people in the middle of the night into closed airports, so the press & general public are unaware of what is being done.  Adams had no problem with this but a few busses are a crisis.

Mp- you have the same reading problem as pj. Read all the links. In addition to the a single affordable housing project they have also been dropped at bus stations & on the street.  

Why are a few hundred people such a problem when thousands have been dropped off the last 2 years?

Was it because they were openly dropped off instead of in the the middle of the night?
