Janet Reno was Clinton's appointed AG who led the charge in the Monica Lewinsky and Paula Jones investigations. Can you imagine Boilerman's reaction had CLinton fired her when he discovered he was being investigated by her?
Lewinsky was a consentual affair initiated by Lewinsky. Judge it as you will morally - but it wasnt criminal. Paula Jones never saw a courtroom due to lack of evidence.

The most compelling lead was from the lady who accused him. Of course, she doesn't know when the party happened, where they party happened, and the friend she claims was with her has told the world that she wasn't at any such party. No one recalls any such party.
If that's your class A lead, why would the FBI spend another second on the case?

The lady who claimed she was assaulted by Clinton two decades prior....which is the same exact evidence that was used against Kavanaugh that you claim was BS. You cant have it both ways. And you try.
Clinton may very well have been guilty - as may have Kavanaugh. But there is no case manifested from the uncorraberrated testimony of someone regarding an incident that is 2 decades old. And Clinton was already a lame duck president by the time it was alleged.
Considering Trump stands accussed of 20 times that offense with a multitude of women - and even confessing to his behavior on video tape....I cant help but laugh at your hypocrisy. Trump's abuses were well documented long before he ran for office....and yet you voted for him twice. Spare me your faux-concern about alleged victims of sexual assault.

Janet Reno's authority over Ken Star was identical to William Barr's authority over Robert Mueller. Reno gave Ken Star a blank check and a wide net to investigate anything. Clinton's investigation was suppossed to be about White Water real estate dealing....it ended up being about a blowjob in the Oval Office. And Clinton's AG was fine with that.
After James Comey was fired - Roberet Mueller couldn't even subpoena tax records from Trump which would detail any financial dealings he had with the groups he was allegedly coordinating with.
