Sigh, I guess Baby and I will never be married.

A dream ended today as the Supreme Court draft decision would allow states to ban interracial marriage. The only solace I can take is that David won't be able to get gay married to Trump.

Alito rejected precedent for the opinion of a jurist that sentaced two women to death for witchcraft and who believed a man has the right to rape his wife.

So states are allowed to chose law that they are granted by the Constitution, and Mark bitches.  I do not believe that interracial marraige will be banned by any state, and I don't believe that interratial marriage should be banned by any state.

The difference between Conservatives and Liberals is that Libs do not believe that individual states should be given the option that the Constitution allows.

Uhhh, Boiler, that's where you're wrong...twelve states so far are drafting laws to prevent interracial marriage. More to follow. (They're going to wait until after the midterms to try to pass them.)

You're dead wrong when you say that the states have the power to take away fundamental human rights. They don't. And the real difference between liberals and conservatives is that conservatives think that individual states can decide who gets to vote, who counts as a human being and who doesn't, who can speak freely and who can't, etc.

Any true American should be outraged by what the Trumper states are trying to do to fundamental human rights.

No state will pass a law to prevent interracial marriage.  That being said, the Constitition does not address marraige rights.  It's to be left up to each state.

I'd like to think so, but the sad fact is that several states are going to try.
