Something to ignore. Bullshit, labeled "the factual truth" (as opposed to the UNfactual truth???), is still bullshit.
You can tell the veracity of the content as soon as you see the name "Tucker Carlson." He lies more often than Trump, which is really saying something. Of course, Stalker, naive Trumper idiot that he is, falls for Carlson's twaddle.
I take no pleasure in saying Tucker Carlson is right about anything. But in this case he is. And it looks like finally the administration is beginning to listen.
Shits about to get real, people. We're going to have about a month of mass closures: ball games, theatres, festivals, amusement parks, schools, casinos and perhaps even restaurants. Its dawning on everyone the economic price of these closures (while massive) is favorable to the price of overrunning our undersupplied hospitals with victims of this pandemic.
We will need and likely get a massive economic package to deal with the fallout. People on both sides of the aisle should support it.
In the meantime my shares of Cedar Fair are getting f@cked !
Tucker Carlson has been right a few times in the past--when he has criticized Trump. However, the degree of admiration that may produce declines sharply when one realizes that all of that criticism came when Carlson was floating the idea of challenging Trump in the Republican primaries and/or running on his own if Trump got impeached and somehow convicted.
Do you REALLY think the average Joe will get any economic relief from the Trump administration? All he's been interested in so far is bailing out big corporations and propping up the stock market. An aid package to help people temporarily out of work (for whatever reason--because they're sick or self-quarantined or the place they work for is closing) would go a long way toward mitigating this crisis. And yes, both sides SHOULD support it.
Heck, my approval rating of Trump would rise to 0.1 if he did something like that. The man isn't incapable of doing something good--he's just massively disinclined. And whatever he would do would be purely in his self-interest, of course. But if it helps people, let him do it and then crow about his bigly accomplishments.
I agree we will need an economic package it just seems bizarre to implement one (other than emergency aid to individuals) until we know this is on the wane. The last thing you want to do right now is to encourage people to go out in public and spend money.
Typical Kevin. Bash and defame, then when someone else agrees that the content I posted has merit, Kevin then modifys his previous verbal diatribe and ALMOST gives creedence to the posted content. Kevin's hatred is his downfall and reason that NO ONE has any respect for his vicious, filth spewed attacks. He truly is a sick bastard.

Actually, I have no idea whether what you posted has merit. When I saw 1) that it was shit from Tucker Carlson and 2) you felt it was so weak that you had to say "DIS IS DA TROOTY TROOT AND IS FACTY FACTS," I ignored the link.
What I felt had merit was PJ's post---not yours. The shit you post never has a semblance of merit, and neither do you. And by the way, David, sweetie--fuck you with a red-hot poker. Have a nice day.
I will give David some credit on this issue. Even though he hasn't found fault in Turmp's woefully inadequate response, he has taken the overall issue seriously since the start. Which isn't the case for a lot of Trump supporters.

Yeah, maybe, but I think the problems people will be having are stuff like paying the rent and buying food. This may not be "on the wane" for several months. There are a lot of people who won't be able to hold out that long. Also, I think we're seeing only the first round of closures, cancellations, and layoffs.
Gee, if we hadn't given all those tax goodies to billionaires and big corporations, we'd have an extra trillion or so in the bank to deal with the economic downturn.
Kevin, you are and will always be an utter and complete fool.
