However that was before we found out that her story was second hand & the actual car occupants have a different version.
We now know she was 1 step above an intern. The statement that she claimed to have written was written by someone else. So she lied to the committee. Will she be indicted?
In her remarks before the panel, Hutchinson said she'd written the statement for Trump -- and that Herschmann had suggested changing it.
A spokesperson for Herschmann told ABC News that she, in fact, had not written that statement. "The handwritten note that Cassidy Hutchinson testified was written by her was in fact written by Eric Herschmann on Jan. 6, 2021," the spokesperson said
Tom, she was relaying what she saw and heard. That is first hand. And even second hand testimony is admissible against a party opponent in Federal Court. I don't doubt Fox is furiously trying to spin it after the fact. But I will refer you to what I said earlier. All these folks should go on record and testify under oath as to what they said and did but it seems they don't want to do that. I wonder 🤔 why?
