When I think of the comedy duo, Lewis and Miller, Nostalgic memories of great comic duos like Rowan and Martin, Martin and Lewis, Abbot and Costello, Burns and Allen, surface.
When things start to look dark, the double digit unemployment, The food bank lines, the lack of covid testing, the skyrocketing number of Covid cases and Covid related deaths, the divison between mask users and anti mask people, the fued between starting classes in schools and going with on-line classes. the lack of college and pro sports, there seems to be no end in sight of this myriad of problems. The one bright light is the president says we are doing great, but that light is growing dim.
I could go to LVA kitchen sink forum and escape from the doom and gloom by tuning into the crazy antics of the Lewis and Miller show.
How about The Three Stooges? Face slaps, eye pokes. Oh, wait, would need a third one.
We had the 3 stooges rolled into 2. What fun we were witness to. The snarling, the gnashing of teeth. the venemous threats, the hilarious name calling. Yes, it was a true bro-mance.

Does Cjen know how deaths have dramatically decreased as confirmed cases have increased? Can it be that actual cases have not increased since deaths have dropped? I find it interesting that talk has shifted in the main stream media from deaths to confirmed cases. I suspect that they no longer talk about deaths becasue they have plummeted. 98% of the people that I talk with know that confired cases are up, while 98% of the people have no idea that deaths are down.
Why is that?
treatments and isolation of old people have done a great deal to knock down deaths. I dont think thats lost on anyone despite your 98% statisitics that you obviously fabricated.
I find it interesting how far you've moved your own goal posts when it comes to the virus. You weren't the least bit concerned about deaths in March - all you cared about was the economy. Now that our economic recovery is trailing the rest of the free world you want to talk about deaths.
Our economy cant open yet because of our failed leadership. And because our hospitals have more cases per capita than the rest of the free world our costs for treating it (with other peoples money) will be exponentially higher too. 98% of people agree.
I've certainly pointed out that our GNP dropped about 32% during the past quarter. My entire argument about Swedish policies vs US policies is that we should never have and we should not limit our economy by limiting business. Sweden did not, and their economy jumped 5% during the quarter vs the same quarter last year.
You are absolutely wrong on my willingness to talk about our shittly economy which is due to shitty policy.
