Insults ?  Insults on LVA ?

Well ! ! !

Already read "dime-store Nazi" above .  It can't get much worse, . . . just a mite though.

You believe in death. You dismiss the deaths of older persons as inconsequential.

The analogy with a war is poor, but even in an actual war, shouldn't we try to minimize the number of deaths? Your thinking is callous and evil.

Kevin, minimizing deaths in war means not fighting.  Sometimes fighting is needed, and there will be a lose of lives.  Sometimes, difficult decisions with all things considered must be made.

People are running out of money, Kevin.  Tens of millions of people.  Money is what used to buy little Johnny shoes, and food, and to put a roof over his house.  Money is not magically made by government, but it's instead a measure of value which is created by working people.  No work, no money, no American Way.

No, it doesn't mean not fighting---it means fighting, but not treating people as expendable cannon fodder.

Poor old DonDiego has come across a very long, very detailed opinion piece addressing the major economic issues impacted by the CoronaVirus as pointed out by Boilerman above.

It seems maybe our leaders believe Money is magically made by the Government.  The impacts and predictions are not pretty.

Summary

Covid has accelerated the economic trends that had been brewing for 20 years.

The growth of unsustainable debt in the public and private sectors guaranteed a government economic takeover in a recession.

There is no way for the Fed to return to monetary normalcy and there is no limit to the amount of money they will have to create.

Kevin, you argue that the military should minimize deaths.  Next you say that the military can still fight wars, while minimizing deaths.  I believe not fighting at all minimizes deaths, but apparently my logic and Kevin's logics works over different paths.  Kevin believes thats deaths in war can equal deaths in non-war.

No worries guys.  Just 41 million now unemployed.  That puts unemployment at the tiny rate of about 26%.  All we need is more government "magic money" that Kevin knows so much about.  It doesn't come from people, but instead from government...............like "magic"!

As a matter of fact, the strategy during all of WWII, as well as subsequent wars, was to expend machines rather than men.

The Americans cleared minefields by driving mine destroyers through them. The Russians cleared minefields by marching men through them.

I guess you're a Russian at heart.

The goal during war is always to minimize deaths of your army.  Kevin thinks this is new, and that's odd.

What the fuck do you know about war, Boil?

I'll wait for your answer.
