This is the 14th Amendment the PJ and other Libs argue applies to abortion

No -  you are not answering the question.....there is no mention of "cancer" in the COnstituion  which by your  reference to abortion  leaves it up to the states to decide.    The "pussy" 14th ammendment doesn't allow individuals to make decisions about their own bodies, right?   Or not? Which one is it?

You cant have it both ways.  You can argue other Constituional rights come into play and assign those to the fetus in the case of abortion....which is what most pro-life advocates do.  But  you cant say the 14th AMmendment is valid or invalid depending on your politcal arguement which is what you've been doing since the leak happened.

It all comes down that some believe that the baby growing within a woman shouldn't be killed.  Some, like you don't believe that this creature is a baby.  No one believes that the cancer being killed is a baby.  The Constitution mandates that this issue be addressed at the state level.

The 14th amendment text that I posted proves my point.  Nothing in that amendment addresses abortion, expect by an obscene stretch of the imagination.  Some Lib in this mix told us that the Consitution's mentioning of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness applies to abortion.  What a joke.

It applies to abortion bans--making them unconstitutional.

Idiot.

Still waiting for sensible words regarding Roe v Wade.  Some have posted the 14th amendment, yet not person can point out any words that supports abortion being addressed at the national level.  Any sensible person knows that they got it wrong.

It's a state issue.

Oh,  you mean like barring little black children from going to "white" schools? States rights! Yeah, I remember hearing about that way back when.

From the same kind of people you have turned into.

So Mister has nothing.  BTW, states are not allowed to pass laws which are in conflict with federal law.

I trust that Mister's point is that because states have allowed bad things to happen, in conflict with federal law mind you, that the Constitutioon should be ignored.  I believe that moral and sound laws should be handled by the federal government as mandated by the constitution, and those issues which are not mandated to be handled on the federal level are then addressed at the state level.  You know, like the Constitution says.

Best I can tell, 99% of Libs say, fuck the Constitution.  If Libs believe that an issue is important, like Roe v Wade in this case, Libs say that we should ignore that this issue is mandated to be handled at the state level.  LIbs say, fuck that.
