Then Trump inherited the successful Obama economy and claimed credit for it, and, of course, MAGA instantly went from thinking the economy was awful to thinking it was great. Much like they discovered the existence of bird flu on January 20, 2025, they had been completely unaware of its existence during the Biden Administration.
