Unlike you, I'm not going to second-guess a judge's decision when I wasn't there and know nothing about the case other than what I read in a news blurb.

But just so you know, stupid Tommie-poo, a suspect doesn't have to be a threat to leave the country to be considered a flight risk. He merely has to be considered a threat to leave the court's jurisdiction.

3rd grade kevin has no problem calling people murderers, rapists & terrorists even though they were aquitted.  In this case he hides behind "its up to the judge/DA"

There is a video which has been posted that clearly shows a 20ish man beating up a 60 year old man.  Jose is knocked down & is then dragged away; at which point Jose then stabs him.

As usual 3rd grade kevin takes the side of the criminal.  

I take the side of the court. The court decides whether or not to grant bail. Not you. Not me. Not some tabloid.

Neither you nor I know enough about the case to make any kind of informed decision. And neither you nor I are entitled to pass judgment on a criminal case based on a video posted on the internet. That's why it's not up to us.

So based on the above statement, kevin will now stop calling people murderers, rapists, terrorists & insurrectionists, when they have not been convicted.

In time this case will quietly disappear & Jose will receive an undisclosed sum for the fiasco.

  What is really amazing is that Lewis has no conception of what is wrong or right.
