Trump is legally vulnerable IF all or part of the allegations in this indictment are found to be true/proven at trial. None of you know what the truth is yet because all the public info is jaded by the propaganda machine positioned on one side or the other. The indictment contains some damning allegations, if true. The associated grand jury was convinced that there was enough evidence to indict him/ file charges. We'll see if Trump is guilty and actually more than just an atrocious/ sloppy file clerk as the trial progresses. If actually found guilty we assume that ,along with his attorneys, he'll negotiate some unprecedented plea agreement in the ensuing punishment phase. If they can by some unlikely influence get him to agree to not run in 2024 ( a sealed agreement?) as a condition of the consequences, then the machine will have finally beaten him in the short term. Keep in mind he appointed the presiding judge (Cannon) in this upcoming case, if the machine allows her to proceed as the sitting trial judge.
I'm not going to vote for Trump if he actually wins the R nomination( the latter not likely, imo). At the same time, imo he's been unfairly and incessantly targeted by the left machine since he initially rode down that escalator in 2015. That suggests that the dems fear him, his policies, and his mannerisms most, and I challenge any of the resident liberals here to have the balls to acknowledge that fact. Many of you perpetually despise Trump's way and his policies..you have a measure of justification for that and the 100% right to do so. In many minds (some quite obsessively), he's just a despicable human and criminal ( let's face it..half the country). Has it all been fair and just relative to some of the systematic iniquities committed by elements of the D party reps and leaders during the past decade ( some currently ongoing)? I don't think so, but then again I'm just an old conservative...just to meet your expectations. Has it been fair? Just? Equal? Ya think?
Could the truth about all this digital judgement include the fact that humans are fallible in general and that the whole lot of these politicians regardless of affiliation are prone to err/corruption once they acquire a little power? The founders addressed that element multiple times..and there's some scriptural references as well but there's no place for that here. Should we heed Washington's warning about the "baneful effects of the spirit of party" two hundred thirty plus years after he uttered it? OK..off topic, then; or is it?
Some founders thoughts if interested about human fallibility/ government run wild ( admittedly, they were fallibly human as well). It's probably a somewhat biased source; if you're not a Constitutionalist, you may not like it.

One of my personal fallibilities is occasional long-winded posts...just to make Mr P happy with this latest entry.
