As to whether he survives THIS indictment, the answer is certainly "Yes," because he hit the jackpot and got assigned a very Trumpy "judge." (I am very suspicious that she was assigned randomly from a pool of judges, as the prevailing narrative claims.) She has the power to toss the entire indictment out, and if things go any way other than extremely favorably for the Turd, she'll do exactly that. Payback, after all, is due.
If this goes to trial AND this judge winds up presiding, Trump will skate, as this judge repeatedly beats the prosecution over the head. If the case is heard by a jury, only one out of twelve jurors will have to be one of the 75 million for an acquittal.
I can't say I agree with this analysis. Sure, she could toss the entire thing out and she would be promptly overruled by the 11th circuit. She would literally be laughed out of the appellate court like she was the last time. When the 11th Circuit overruled her before she was given a dressing down by a conservative judge because she was so far in the Tank for Trump. It was obvious her legal reasoning was far outside the mainstream even from the perspective of another conservative judge.
Furthermore, the special counsel can use that dressing-down and deeply flawed legal reasoning as the basis for requesting her removal from the case and would likely get her removed. Bottom line she screwed herself by interfering in a case she had no business interfering in. If she would have stayed out of that, she could have subtly helped Trump in this case. So it is a good thing she already showed her hand.
It's highly unlikely that any jury would render a verdict of 37-0 in favor of the defense. A jury's hands are more tied than you think. They can only determine questions of fact, not law and basically the facts on some of these charges simply can't be disputed. Remember Jack Smith only has to win one of the 37 to send Trump to prison for 10 to 20 years.
