I believe that this picture was taken after Trump's brother died.  It was either one week before his brother died (and before his brother became ill), or the picture was taken after his brother died.

Sometimes there's not much you can do while someone is dying but go on living life.  When my dad was in the hospital we took shifts, one person staying with him at all times.  Everyone else (lots of family in town) enjoyed being together, family meals where we shared memories etc., toured the city, went swimming.  I got my hair done, studied for some final exams.  So wrong?

AND, while a President might be allowed a few minutes...maybe...since COVID-19, many people I know could not visit their dying loved one for even one minute.   In my town you can't cross the threshold of a hospital unless YOU are the patient.   Need someone with you?  Nope.

I find it funny that morons have to scour complete, lengthy transcripts of President Trump to find ONE verbal statement to complain about - especially when one has to scour the complete blatherings from Biden to find ONE truthful, logical, sense making statement of any kind.
