Undermining the CDC, social distancing and mask guidelines has no impact on the base of people that follow him instead of Dr Fauci?

Let's start with Fauci.  What policies...........not words, did Trump undermine Fauci?

Not following his recommendations. We were supposed to do a phased re-opening moving to a new phase only when certain metrics were met. We were supposed to have adequate testing and contact tracing set-up before we reopened. If the metrics went back in the wrong direction we were supposed to go back down to a lower phase with more restrictions. Trump ignored these guidelines Fauci and the rest of the White House Taskforce came up with.  He insisted on opening everything without adequate testing and no contact tracing which caused a massive outbreak in mostly red states that listened to him.  

Fauci also said rallies and other larger gatherings weren't safe.  Trump had to have his Tulsa masturbatory session so he said Fauci was an alarmist and held his non-socially distanced and non-mask wearing rally. Herman Cain is dead and I suspect other less famous people are as well as a result of Trump undermining Fauci and other health experts.  As President, Trump sets an example especially to his devout followers like Cain.  When Trump says masks and social distancing are PC it undermines polices his own health experts came up with.  People still won't wear masks to this day because Trump bashed the idea for months on end. 

Also, don't forget by Trump's own admission he was giving orders to slow down testing when Fauci and other health experts were saying we need more testing. 

Right now while our outbreak is worse than ever and we are worst in the world Trump is insisting on schools opening and holding classes five days a week. 

You don't just want to give him a participation trophy.  You want to award him MVP for failing our country and killing tens of thousands of Americans and permanently disabling hundreds of thousands. 

Only idiots who are also partisan sycophants defend Trump.

You are suggesting with  a straight face  that people following the words of the president by not wearing masks and crowding spaces is not a huge (if not the primary) reason why the previously referenced graph is so skewed.     And thats pretty desperate on your part isn't it?

Policy is made known by words.   Because that how people communicate.   Dr Fauci has one set of guidelines for people to follow.   The president had one that did not the oppossitte while sidelining and ridiculing Dr Fauci.    And people listen to the words of the president ... because thats how people communicate.
