How would you know? Do you find them "entertaining?"

The shows continue to be presented, and continue to be attended.
I've never seen that particular show, but I've seen something similar, and yes, I found it highly entertaining. Perhaps that's because I'm not an uptight bigoted shitsack like you.

You say that to literally every other person on the planet. So, meaningless.
The only one I know about was the last night gala put on by the British prisoners in the movie Bridge on the River Kwai. Loved the creativity of the outfits the men doing the line dance put together, the grass skirts and cocoanut top pieces. Even the British colonel was laughing.
Of course that was only a movie, but a great one. I was a little disappointed to read it was mostly fiction, as in not the same place or mission, etc. But IMHO still a great movie and probably not far off from real life/war/POW camp life at the time.

Yeah, it's not the only movie to depict something like that, so it must have been pretty common. One aspect of being a prisoner (of war or otherwise) is that it's boring. The camp commanders would generally allow that sort of thing in order to reduce tension and dissent. In fact, the Germans built rec halls with stages.
Historically, in any environment where women are scarce/not allowed, "drag queen" shows have been very, very common. Particularly in the military. There's quite a long tradition, in fact. And guess what! No one who didn't like them was forced to watch!!!! Just like today!!!!!!
David and AlQueda have alot in common when it comes to tolerance and their psychotic religous values.
