You don't want to acknowledge that Trump drastically slowed down the development and rollout of the vaccines by:

1. Firing the pandemic response team---for the sole reason that Obama had created it

2. Discrediting and belittling experts like Dr. Fauci

3. Pitching bullshit such as that the virus would magically go away

4. Denigrating people who wore masks (including Joe Biden!) and encouraging his supporters not to wear them

5. Focusing his attention and energies on his reelection prospects at the expense of everything else

6. Being a lying, narcissistic asshole who cares only for himself

But you can continue to be a Trump-lover despite all the facts. You're hardly alone.

Mr Kevin just an FYI, there are folks in the military that are not vaccinated and no orders are out demanding troops have to take the vaccine. Although once the vaccines have met with full FDR approval for use, then you may see things change.

No "orders" demand that anyone, civilian or military, must be vaccinated. It's sometimes a condition of employment and/or being able to work in a given location.

That said, given that members of the military often work together in close proximity for extended periods of time and are often isolated from medical care, it would make good sense to require military personnel to be vaccinated.
