Do you honestly think that there will ever be any kind of consensus on what constitutes "wasteful" government spending? Just one set of examples comes to mind: some Congressturd in Texas, in 2017 I believe, railed endlessly about $2 million to fund a county park in his district but endlessly flogged Trump's $25 billion Da Wall. In his mind, the former was wasteful but the latter was an absolute critical necessity.

And frankly, I don't want to live in the same country, let alone form any kind of consensus with, Congressman Douchebag, stupid Tommie-poo, Millerscum, Boilerboob, or all the idiot RepubliQ Trump-lickers. We'll never think the same way. Not remotely.

Kevin doesn't understand math.  Every illegal costs Texas lots of money.  Fix the wall, enforce the law,  and problem solved.  Texas isn't sending illegals north if they are are a financial winner.

Walgreens admitted to wage theft from their employees in the amount of $4.5 million. Assuming that the average swipe-and-run shoplifter gets about $100 worth, that's the equivalent of the take from one shoplifter a day for over 120 years!

Can I prove it was white people who plotted this theft? No, I can't. But it sure sounds like something white people would do, doesn't it?

You mean they stole wages from their employees, or vice versa?

Walgreens reported a net earnings from continuing operations of $2 billion in the 12 months ending August 31. With a shrink rate of 3.25%, the company's lost $65 million from its net earnings last year because of theft.

US retailers lost an estimated 1.62% of revenues to shrinkage in 2020, totalling an record $61.7 billion, according to the National Retail Federation.
