Who could have predicted this?

Both of my friends have retired.  About 60 years of service between them.  They are being told to stand down.

Again - BS.   By whom are they beiong told that?

Good to hear they are retiring.  Sounds like the best solution for everyone.

One of my boy's best friends shot and killed a black guy during the tail end of the Indianapolis riots.  He and my son's soon to be room mate walked from their nearby house to see what was going on.  They were assaulted by four young black punks.  These same punks had commited eight confirmed crimes that evening (all on film over about six hours), including the murder of a well known and well thought of young black businessman.

The prosecutor is arguing that my son's friend shouldn't have shot the punk after the punk knocked him on his ass and was proceeding to punch him.  After all, the body language couldn't have let him know that his life was in jearpardy.  The punks had robbed a jewely store, car jacked two vehicles, committed armed robbery on two additional occasions, and assulted a few more.  Let's not forget that they shot and killed one with two shots to the chest.

That's what's going on............the Liberal politicians are scared to death of being called racists as good people in Indianapolis are being assaulted.

Yes, my son's friend is still charged with murder one year after this travisty of justice happened.  Now let's talk about white priviledge

So your son's friend is one of the statistics that made the homicide rate higher in Indianapolis?    Well isn't that special.  His story sound almost exactly like the one involving this kid.

I dont make a point of voluntarily going anywhere that makes me feel inclined to pack a loaded firearm.   Neither do people in general unless they are looking for trouble..

Extradition hearing for Kenosha shooting suspect

Let's cut to the chase---Boiler adores that guy because he killed a black person.

In environments where people carry GUNZ--legally or not--people die. Disputes are settled with lethal force. The 19th century towns of the American West knew this. A town wasn't considered civilized until people were required to check their guns with the local sheriff.

I don't need to go digging for Boiler's police report about his murdering white boy hero. All I need to know is that the murderer was in fact charged with murder--which wouldn't have been the charge if the incident was as open-and-shut of a case of self-defense as Boiler paints it to be. Therefore, I'm certain Boiler's lying about it. I'm also certain that the prosecutor in the case knows far more about it, and the applicable law, than Boiler does.

People do NOT have the right to respond to perceived threats with deadly force, even if they are carrying a gun legally. They have a duty to retreat. They also could use their GUNZ to warn people to stay away rather than simply killing anyone they perceive as a threat. But Boiler approves of such killing.

Boiler adores any punk murderer being shot.  He does not discriminate on color.

Then why did you make it a point to mention that the guy your murdering hero shot was black?

Boilerman will be pleased to learn that the Portland ( aka: Beervana ) has come up with a solution to the referenced gun violence occuring there:  Billboard Campaign to Address Gun Violence

The citizens of the City shouldl be able to sleep more soundly, once the billboards are in place.

We should all be disappointed about the implemented gun policies in FLorida and Texas in the context of recent mass shootings in those states.   Turns out the "good guy with a gun" was strangely absent which meant the "bad guy with a gun" was able to shoot dozens of people.

Legislatures in both states have decided to make it easier to add more guns to the general population in an effort to reduce gun violence.

"the Portland," as DonDiego refers to it, did not pay for and put up the billboards. It was the work of a small private organization. In Oregon, there's something called free speech, a concept which most conservatives oppose and of which DonDiego may be only dimly aware.

The billboards were never intended to be a solution to gun violence. At least though, Portland is a liberal city and thus, the billboards don't say, "GO AHEAD, N*****S, KILL EACH OTHER, THAT WAY YOU WON'T BE VOTING," the way they would in, say, Texas.

An argument can be made that even a simple measure such as this can raise public awareness and meaningfully contribute to future solutions. However, it would be futile to put up billboards in gun-love MAGA yahoo red states. Not because the Tuckerheads would burn the billboards down--because they wouldn't be able to read them.

Portland, by the way, despite all the Fox News propaganda and the RepubliQ's racist bleats about the quadrillions of dollars' worth of damage done during the BLM protests (who knew that a dumpster fire was so costly?), is a wonderful place to live, and much more peaceful than any RepubliQ red-state pesthole where everybody and his rottweiler carries GUNZ.

The underlying reason is that though they don't dare say so directly, mass shootings greatly please the powers that be in those states because the victims are usually people of color (hooray!) or marginalized groups such as gays (good riddance!). These folks consider it a white person's precious God-given Second Amendment right to, if he feels peeved at the world, gather up his arsenal and go shoot up a Wal Mart, a nightclub, or a church. It's FREEDUMB!

Of course they didn't put up these billboards.  Once again, Liberals ignore a cultural issue which is most prevelant in the black community.  This refusal to address or even mention the problem is the reason that shootings from young black men continues at an epidemic rate.

Liberals blame the problem on guns, while they they fully ignore the cultural issue.  Most blacks kill for two reasons.  1)  Because they have been disrespected.  2)  Because they hate white people.  #1 is the most prevelant reason.
