This reponse is coming from the same Lyin' Liberal who quoted county data to prove that Portland's population as slight increase.  It should be noted that like most cities, Portland is in multiple counties.  Kevin claimed that Portland grew in population slightly from 2020 until 2022, while in fact Portland shrunk by 5.5%.

 

Kevin offers one more reason to never trust a Lyin' Liberal.
