Why Do Conservatives Believe Trump Is Above The Law?

I'm not saying that Trump didn't commit crimes, but I suspect that this is a witch hunt.  Remember when Libs laughed when Trump claimed that he was being spied on?  Remember when Libs claimed Russian collusion?  Remember when Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation.  Lie, Lie, and Lie.  The FBI and DOJ knew these lies, but supported the notion to influence the election.  Never every trust a Lyin' Liberal.

The next thing a you know, Liberals will tell us that the empty store fronts in Old Town Chicago has nothing to with the neutering the of Chicago police department, and that George Floyd was on his way to church.  Some might even argue that government policy has zero influence on inflation.  Oh wait, we're living those lies today.

Everyone laughed when tRump claimed Obama ''spied'' on him. That's a lie.

tRump's campaign manager gave Russian Intelligence polling data. That's collusion. Another lie.

Hunter Biden's laptop are straws for the desperate MAGAt's fingers, born from lies.

Never trust a festering Boil's lies.

I hope Trump is indicted. I don't  and have never liked him.

Then we will have a runaway victory in 2024 from the candidate we put up.

But are you supporting and voting for Republicans who defend and enable Trump? Or those that may oppose Trump's behavior, but are too cowardly to say as much publicly?

Just trying to figure out whether you might be honorable or are just a whore.

Can't Russia simply watch CNN for polling data?

I voter Republican because I'm a conservative.  Plain and simple.  Not all Republicans defend and enable Trump.  Not all Democrats think Biden is competent.

Jerry, don't use big words you don't understand.

There's nothing conservative about defending criminality, fomenting insurrection, spreading conspiracy theories, attacking our basic institutions, denying voting rights to millions, supporting racism, or betraying our allies.

And there's nothing conservative about staying quiet when all of the above happen. You know, like almost ALL elected Republicans at the moment. So saying you don't like Trump doesn't wipe away the stench.

Why don't you worry about our current POTUS instead of our former?  I'll never quite understand that.  I thought you were better than TDS MP.  I guess I gave you too much credit.

I will say I am not very happy with A LOT of the elected republicans right now.  But that doesn't mean I just abandon my principles and start changing definitions of recession and stupid shit like your side does.  Are you happy with Pelosi and AOC?  (Answer it)

Yes, I'm a liberal, and I support AOC and Pelosi. But if either of them fomented insurrection, denied voting rights, engaged in financial criminality, defrauded investors, engaged in tax fraud, took the Fifth constantly, spread conspiracy theories, spread QAnon garbage, defended Russia's invasion, etc., I'd drop them like a hot potato.

I guess you just have much, much, much lower standards.

Can it get much lower than AOC or Pelosi?  Seriously?

But I'm OK with your stance.  A lot of that crap you mention is disgusting.....we are never going to agree on much of anything if you support AOC and Pelosi but that is OK.  Fair enough.

If I "worry" about the current President, my remedy is to not vote for him next time. When TrumpTurd was pseudo-President, that was also my remedy. That's the liberal way. The conservative way seems to be to claim that the current President got there by cheating. Failing that--well, they say, let's just storm the Capitol and kill him.

Are you proud to be on that side?

The current economic conditions can be called a recession, a depression, a boom, or a frabulated flamborkin, and they'd be the same regardless of whatever semantic label was attached. The reality, of course, is that the current situation is unique, to the extent that no one single term accurately describes it. But that's much too nuanced a viewpoint for the drooling mouth-breathers to whom the conservitard propaganda outlets throw red meat on a daily basis.

I had some hope that, despite your twisted worldview, you didn't fall into that category.

As far as Pelosi and AOC are concerned, I'm moderately unhappy with Pelosi, because she needs to grab Republican balls and squeeze them HARD, but she still treats them like rational and moral human beings, which is a mistake. And AOC? I certainly don't have the white-hot conservitard hatred for her caused by her unforgivable sin of being nonwhite and female yet DARING to hold high political office, but I do disagree with much of what she says. And I put up with my disagreements because these are democratically elected representatives, and my remedy is to vote for someone else if I so choose.

The long game is to try to convince my fellow citizens to not elect tools and assholes, whichever party's label they may paste on their foreheads. And that's the real problem right now, not the individual legislators. Getting rid of the bums may sound appealing, but not when we replace them with worse bums
