So you are a rapist rights guy?

Well, Sicko Stevie voted for a rapist--twice--so it's to be expected that he's an advocate for rapist rights.

Steve voted for Clinton twice?

Clinton never raped anyone. Trump did--over a dozen times.

Stupid Hilby.

The Supreme Court that wasn't nomitaed by the Heritage Foundation disagrees with that bullshit.

But if Republicans think America wants to be taken back to the Dark Ages?  Have at it.  Like I said - it doesn't impact me.   You can already tell they're scared.  They've been running away from microphones all day today.

The Constitution is not the dark ages.  I don't care what the topic is...........I want state rights left to the states regardless if I agree with the state decisions or not.  Libs disagree.  They scoff at state rights, as long as the outcome suits their desires.

The states have neither the right nor the power to take away or abridge fundamental human rights.

Period.

Fucking period.

So Liberals get to decide what rights exist, not the Constitution?

Nobody has ever said that, except you.

Could that be because it's a manifestly stupid and completely incorrect thing to say?

Here are the fundamental rights as outlined within the Bill of Rights.

The right to due process.

The right to freedom of speech.

The right to freedom of religion.

The right to privacy.

The right to marry.

The right to interstate and intrastate travel.

The right to equality.

The right to assemble.

One can put a strong argument together that same gender marriage should be handled at the national level.  Abortion..........no.  PJ argues privacy, and that is so weak.

Kevin, admit it...........you don't like this list and believe that judges should be allowed and even encouraged to legislate from the bench as long as the marching orders fit your desires.

Stupid Boiler, those right aren't granted by the Constitution--the Constitution simply acknowledges that those rights exist.

Or do you think people wouldn't have those rights unless they were listed in the Constitution? Those rights are HUMAN rights, not American citizen rights.

The same is true with abortion, which is why the Constitution doesn't come into play. Stupid Boiler.
