Worried about crazy libs

It was O'Hair. And boy oh boy oh boy, did she twist fundamentalist panties. To the extent that she and her husband were eventually murdered. I don't remember the full story.

What interests me is how and why the nation pivoted back to religious fundamentalism after several decades of reform. Was it just Ronnie Raygun? In any event, I can only imagine the reception O'Hair would get today. It wouldn't be a week before some alt-right cracker showed up at one of her speeches with his manly man GUN.

Phil Donahue and other daytime TV shows/hosts made O'Hair (thanks, Kevin) a celebrity.  This is what scares me, that people base opinions on TV (and now social media) rock star endorsements.

I'm recalling she disappeared with a ton of cash and her sons were thought to have murdered her for it, but maybe not.

I hope they do overturn Roe. That could be the one thing that guarantees a Democratic victory in 2022 and 2024.

I know that conservitard scumbag RepubliQ assholes have wet dreams about the Federal Abortion Police and a national compulsory pregnancy registry (especially if they're in Texas). But sane, decent citizens--of which there all still many--aren't so sure that that's a good idea.

Isn't it hilarious that the party that's supposedly against "big government" wants to track women's pregnancies and punish them for terminating those pregnancies? That would take a bureaucracy that would dwarf the FBI!

And the repug states won't give a shit about them after their born.

And several Repuke states have or are passing laws that forbid a female resident of their state traveling to another state for reproductive healthcare.  Congratulations conservatives have managed to enact Sharia law.

No Supreme Court decision is spelled out  in the Constituion - thats how cases get to the Supreme Court.   The court renders their verdict based upon how cases hold up against Federal Law to the best of their view.

Ansd this process was already done 40 years ago....and now the Supreme Court is taking the completely radical step of ignoring precedent and installing one from their psychotic religous cult.

We'll see if it ultimately goes through.   If it does - good luck defending it in a general election.

The Tenth Amendment - Reserving Power for the States Passed by Congress in 1789 and ratified in 1791, the Tenth Amendment is the last in the group of Constitutional Amendments known as the Bill of Rights. Unlike several of the other early amendments, it is quite brief – only one sentence. But that one sentence grants state governments all powers not specifically delegated to the federal government by the Constitution. However, as broad a grant as this seems, interpretation by the Supreme Court has placed some limits on state power. What It Says "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

All you cry baby libbies can now start a new business shipping women to demo states to kill their unborn!  It's a great day for you people.  You libbies honor McVey for killing babies and now you support killing babies as if you're adding them to a meal at a drive thru.  "Would you like an on-demand abortion with your cravings"?  You slick &*))*& just united the few undecided against that stupid **&^^* and his followers!  How about a supersize or 2/1 for twins.

The Supreme Court that wasn't nomitaed by the Heritage Foundation disagrees with that bullshit.

But if Republicans think America wants to be taken back to the Dark Ages?  Have at it.  Like I said - it doesn't impact me.   You can already tell they're scared.  They've been running away from microphones all day today.

Abortion is the termination of a fetus, not the killing of a baby. Idiot.
