Las Vegas Spring Break Trip- 3/22-3/25

Glad you had an awesome trip, Edso. Lotsa great munchies and some good freebies.

I don't get more than a coupon for one bagel (plain) from any of the casinos, because I'm a filthy no-good VP player and I stick to only the very best machines, to boot. So I wanted to ask you something:

I've never been able to force myself to play slots, even though they look like fun, because of the truly horrible house advantage (10%!). To me, it's like taking a $100 bill, exchanging it for ten $10 bills, and setting fire to one of them. Then another, and another. Repeat until broke.

But I just wonder if you get enough goodies to at least somewhat justify your play. Grab promos, do point multiplier days, and of course get mailed stuff like free chow and room comps or discounts.

So who do you think is giving you the most value for your slot action? Have you ever calculated how much of that 10% you're getting back?

The Tuscany is better than most, especially with the 10x multipliers and the 24x multipliers on Wednesday evening from 10pm-2pm.  Free rooms (which are like suites with the whole kitchenette and living room set up, $50 FP and $25 food is good, and the fact they have the half off food using comps is nice.  Overall we just like the vibe there and they have all the games that we like.

Never have calculated how much of the 10%, though

I am aware of bad odds with slots.I am not a high roller.Just fun for me.Surprisingly I do alright. This year I will try video blackjack. I do use as many comps and coupons possible. From the time I was 21 years old.Thats 60 plus years now.Las Vegas a fun way to celebrate. My dear friend who lived in Las Vegas had her birthday same time.We celebrated together for years. She was a high roller Video poker player.

Edso wish you have good advice for Kevin.
