For those without access to offshore betting, Cantor Gaming (M, Hard Rock, Palms) will have its season win totals out tomorrow morning.
Cantor Race & Sports is, indeed, the first Las Vegas Book to release their 2012 Win Total line:

Overall more differences than DonDiego expected, . . . but all but two by only ½-point.
Mostly they've lowered some teams expected to win 7-or-more, and they've raised a few that had been expected to win 7-or-less compared to the initial online-book's line.
Detroit is the only top-half team to be raised, from 9 to 9½.
Only Carolina from 8½ to 7½, and New Orleans from 11 to 10 changed by a full point.

EDITED TO ADD
DonDiego'd consider:
__The Beloved Philadelphia Eagles OVER 10 [He expects this won't be available when he visits Las Vegas in September.]
__San Diego Chargers OVER 9
__Arizona Cardinals UNDER 7
__Buffalo Bills UNDER 7

It seems like there are a lot of good overs. Why would you guys bet the unders? Aside from the Saints, pick an under and justify why that's a decent bet, when there are so many decent overs available.

The 'niners at 10?? Gimme a break, who's going to beat them? Giants at 8.5, WTF? Um, didn't the Giants just win the Super Bowl?

What are the odds that the LVH sportsbook will pay?

Buffalo UNDER7

The Bills are pr'bly the 4th best team in the AFC East; the only thing going for 'em is the Dolphins have an easier schedule. Are all 4 AFC East teams gonna go OVER 7?

Oh, by the way, the LVH vigorish is 67% of the other guys.

DonDiego suggests that the LVH is more likely to pay off all sports bets than some banks/financial institutions are likely to safeguard one's funds.

Yeah, my first paragraph referred mostly to the BetOnline lines, which has the Bills at 6.5 and -110. That might still be OK, but my essential point was why take any unders when there seems to be such good value in some of the overs.

Raiders under 7 +110 might be OK.

But still, you're betting that a team will fail worse than they're expected to fail. It seems to me that you'd generally be taking the worst of it.
BIG MOVES IN CANTOR LINES

Broncos now +150 -180
Giants now +125 -155
Saints now +110 -140
Falcons now -135 +105 (maybe a typo?)
Bengals now -175 +145
Titans now -165 +135
I would take the Giants UNDER 9.5 according to the Cantor lines. SB champs tend to not do as well in the year after the SB. Besides, DD's Eagles are probably going to do a lot better than last year as they've had one year of playing together under their belt. Who knows what's going to happen with RG3 in his first year. look what happened to Cam Newton last year. NFC East a very tough division.
Giants UNDER 9.5 at -155?? I predict that line will move to -125.

The Eagles OVER 10 has moved to -150, and I think that's a terrible bet, too. I would go with Eagles UNDER at +120.
