My apologies, I should have made clear the difference between the museum and the memorial. Previous posts are correct, memorial is free, the museum looks like it won't be.
BTW, I can't think of any museum I've ever had to pay, they'll encourage and take donations but never a flat out fee. Oh, but of course they all have had the obscenely over-priced gift shop tho.
