For lunch licks or for dining at the "y"?

I like the Triple George for lunch. Recommend the fish tacos.

Found Hugo's to be a bit too pretentious but it's something to experience for yourself. It's iconic.

Don't know if it was because we were drunk and our server barely spoke English but we had so much fun at the Flame f/k/a Roberta's. We would order and the waitress would try to guess what we wanted. Most of the time she got it right.

A server speaking the same language as you classifies Hugo's as pretentious. Lol

Triple George is good.

Some fancy restaurants seem to prefer to hire people that can speak English with an outrageous French accent to notch up their pretentiousness factor. At Hugo's it was the Maitre D' and the sommelier that were annoying.
Thanks for all the info.
My GF can speak English, Thai and French - we should try Hugo then.
She loves it when a waiter tries that "french accent" and she discovers that they can only speak a few words of French.

I really appreciate all the information - Thanks for all the input.
Little late here, but I can give another nod to binion's steakhouse, excellent view, service and food. Very classy place, what I would guess "old vegas" looked like.
