All set

Sounds like you have a great trip planned. Have fun!
Orleans Prime rib loft is EXCELLENT! I usually get the Orleans cut of prime rib along with a House Shrimp Cocktail. Orleans is my home base casino always. Oh don't forget TJ Taco's and the spinning slice meat!
As far as the shows, I agree with KA and Gordie Brown. I saw GB when he opened at the GN then I sad him when he moved to V. The GN show was better. The seating made all the difference. If GN offers the tables near the stage, go for it. The closer to him the better.
KA is fantastic. I've seen it 3 X's. I like to sit as close to the middle as possible.

I have had so many good meals in Vegas but I'm a steak eater when going out and I can honestly say I have never had a bad steak in Vegas.
Thx again everyone. well looks like prime rib loft is definitely on the schedule for good meat night out, might even let the missus have a shrimp cocktail.

We'll probably do the pass at CET for the 24 hr buffet pass. We did that twice last trip and it worked really well for us and enjoyed it. Having our son along makes even more sense to do it.

It was such a coincidence that the other day the show I had mentioned about Ka's stage was on history channel again, I'm pretty sure I have to see it now. I'm only wondering if I'm gonna be wondering more about the mechanics below the stage or the actual show. Somebody might end up asking me afterwards what the show was about. Might have to reply"hell if I know, wasn't paying attention to that". We'll see. Appreciate all the input on all the others.

I think GB downtown with some more meat thrown in is gonna be in order too.Mmmmm, meat meat meat, gotta get some seafood in the mix here too. Pretty sure the deall at south point's Big Sur on 1 1/2 pds of king crab legs is in order. Our flight arrives at 10 and can't check in til 4, so this looks like a perfect window for that deal.

I do know I need to get a little more organized on this trip if we're gonna take more advantage of all the coups and rest.com bucks we have(altho I suppose they'll still be here unless I print any out).

Thanks again all, mucho appreciate.

JOHN

Gordie Brown is very good, and most any seat is fine.

That's pretty funny, and I can relate.

You mentioned Hoover Dam. Are you thinking about doing the tours there? If not you probably should. I did the cheap tour a few years ago and while it was OK I wish I'd done the complete tour instead, something I'll probably rectify when I'm there in mid February.

Click here for a complete description of the tour

As I recall both tours are the same or close to the same for the first portion, its the section titled "Inspection Galleries" where they diverge.

Whatever you do, have a great trip.
