..And she's down for the count(R.Rice vid)

Ravens have cut this scumbag from the team. Finally a NFL team has stood up and done the right thing when dealing with these deviants. I fear for his wife when he gets home.
His football days are probably over. He is too radioactive for any team to touch even though he is a good back.
Now that is the meaning of true love.
Wow, a lot has apparently happened during nap time. Glad to hear he's gone.

What did the tape show that was not known already? It was a known fact that he hit his lady hard enough to knock her out...and he got a 2 game suspension. Now that people can actually see the tape its an "indefinite" suspension.

What did the league execs think "knocking someone out" would look like?

I imagine the tape didn't match up exactly with what Rice and his wife told Roger Goodell when he interviewed them.
The NFL has been inundated and taken over by these black athletes, many of whom are drug addicts, drunks, and possess that God-given natural right of wife beaters. Ask him who his daddy is and he probably wouldn't know. All Goodell was trying to do is soften the blow to his sport. The video inside the elevator was sold to TMZ by an intelligent laid off Revel employee. The stupid part of this is that the dumb ass girl married him after the incident. Glutton for punishment.

What's that thing about a picture being worth a thousand words? It is graphic. I don't know what they were expecting, but it brings it home.

I think(but don't know for certain) that rice and his wife said they were arguing, things got a little physical and he pushed her away when she fell and hit her head on the railing. Or something to that effect.affect,effect..something like that.

Excellent point.

How often is there video to back up a woman's claim of domestic abuse? Hardly ever.

The behavior is minimized, excused, even glorified. Joked about.
When big money is in the picture-sports, politics, the entertainment industry, who will stand tall against this?
