Another African-American big city mayor headed to jail

At least three out of four are true, but the real question is why. So Boilerman, as a white supremacist (with actual black friends!!), I'm assuming you think it's because whites are superior. Correct?

Don't change the subject. The subject is 'Crooked Black Politicians', not black dropouts, not black babies out of wedlock, not black crime.

What makes you think there aren't more white crooked politicians? You haven't shown there are more blacks. Even if more were arrested, maybe blacks are investigated more than whites (which I'm sure you support).

There have been corrupt politicians in the US since the dawn of the Union. I think power corrupts all races equally and would need some real evidence to convince me otherwise...That's just how I roll. That's how EVERYONE with more than half a brain rolls.
No one knows with certainty why blacks are experiencing raging social problems, yet it is a fact that they are. Being gutsy enough to discuss this fact does not make one racist, but it does get one labeled as racist by the PC crowd.

Regarding your question of supremacy; I'm not certain if I'm superior to most blacks, but I do know that my performance is superior in many areas to that of most blacks. Measuring ability is infinitely more difficult than measuring performance.

Does Alanleroy argue:

1. that there is an equal percentages of crooked black politicians?
2. that there are fewer crooked black politicians?

Some time ago DonDiego got tired of people employing the phrase "Why is the sky blue" without providing an answer.

So he looked it up. Now he does know why the sky is blue. It has something to do with something called "Rayleigh Scattering".

While DD now knows the technical reason for a blue sky, Boiler knows that DD concluded that the sky was blue many decades ago.

I will always feel that all people are responsible for their actions, whatever their color. The criminals who were elected stole from all of those who trusted them to do the job they were elected to do. The people who voted for and caused these criminals to be elected are guilty of electing these corrupt officials. In my world, they get what they deserve for being gullible and ignorant.
AlanLeroy personally believes that race is not a major factor in political corruption...and that we've had corrupt politicians of all races ever since we've had elections.

Regardless of AlanLeroy's personal beliefs, he argues that people should not make disparaging, blanket statements about any group of people unless those statements are backed up with something more that a gut feeling and a few observations..

I think it's wrong to slam an entire race of people based solely on a very limited number of observations that can be colored by personal prejudice. How many black politicians have there been in this country? How many have been crooked? Those are pretty important things to know BEFORE you claim there are more black crooked politicians...don't you think?

I think it's wrong to pass off as fact something that is really a supposition. That's why Malibber2 originally asked you to prove your statement that 'there are more black crooked politicians'...and your only response to that has been 'the sky is blue'. That's what I think is wrong. I don't know how I can make this any clearer to you.

Black social problems have nothing to do with the color of one's skin. Black folks, however, are more likely to grow up in neighborhoods where social problems are not only common, but even worse, are fully socially acceptable. A black person is more likely to shoot another after being "disrespected", and blacks are more likely to have a baby and collect government giveaways. It's a way of life for many in these neighborhoods. Skin color is a way to identify the likelihood of such problems, but it's not the cause of the problem.

The same can be said for identifying diabetes risk. Black skin doesn't cause diabetes, but it tells doctors to keep a look out and to be proactive, if need be, to solve a potential problem. The social cycle that many blacks are exposed to needs to be discussed, needs to be addressed, and needs to be broken. Until this happens, a large percentages of blacks are destined to miserable lives of poverty and crime. The politically correct policy of sticking one's head in the sand assures that huge percentages of blacks will never touch their true potential.

How is this related to your stereotype statement 'there are more black crooked politicians'? It looks like you're so eager to point out problems in the black community, that you're even willing to make one up without a real basis in fact...and when you're called on it, you just point to other well known issues in the African American community. At least that's what it looks like to me....Sky is blue..boiler makes shit up. I'm done here. You're welcome to the last word. I hope it's either proof of your statement there are more crooked black politicians or an apology for it. I don't expect either. I expect it will more changing the subject to other problems in the black community rather than facing up to your own unproven remarks.
