DonDiego made just such an error.

He had stacked a number of potential draftees in his window, so as the draft proceeded they would roll-up into view, The last player he stacked was a TightEnd who he might draft very, very late.

DonDiego chose second and the top player in his window was his choice, a top-5 RunningBack. The computer confirmed that this was the choice the computer would make. Unfortunately, DonDiego hit the draft button and the computer then, . . . surprisingly, . . . drafted the last player DonDiego had "touched", . . . the 14-round-or-later TightEnd at the bottom of his list.
At that point DonDiego knew he would have a totally uncompetitive team, so he just left the Draft.

He apologizes for screwing up the draft. He won't be competing, as every opponent will win anyway. He wishes everyone who is playing the best!

So anyone can join! DonDiego is just informing LVAers early if they'd like to play. DonDiego will be there for the live online-draft; and he will play every week until the season ends. He hopes everyone who signs up will too

What happen to this guy?? DonDiego says he will compete every week!!! I am sure your team is not as bad as you think. 1 pick does not make for a horrible team, make that guy your first drop.

I am going to run our draft through my draft analyzer when I get home from work.....I'll let you know where the computer feels you will finish.

Something else DonDiego should consider would be going the trade route. He should take a look at his team and start offering trades for those players he might have drafted had he staying online during the live draft.

DonDiego needs to play as it was his idea to have a league in the first place.

The worst thing DonDiego did was to keep a few good receivers away from someone else who deserved them. That is not fair, but he cannot undo it.

I got a RB, Andre Brown, who broke his leg on Thursday is will be out at least 4-6 weeks if not for the season. I'm still in for the fun of it. He was also a "handcuff" back as he was second string, but he did tend to score a lot of touchdowns when he played.

Hang in there, check the waiver wire and see how it shakes out. Since there's no money on the line, what do you have to loose? Or are you just that competitive?

The El Cortez Conquistadores will participate every week in the Las Vegas Hotel League, as they should.

Also, I'll have to do some research before looking at your trade request. Also, have you searched the free agent market to replace any of your running backs? I believe Ryan Grant is a free agent in real life and might be picked up after the roster cut downs tonight.

We are playing each other the first week! I have checked my team and do not have much to offer you unless you want Ben Tate (which could be very good) since Arion Foster is aching and gets hurt often. Or Michael Bush who will steal carries from Forte and will score some TD's. Let me know if you are interested in either of them....and yes I will still make a trade with you even with you playing against me this week. This is supposed to be FUN, and I would rather everyone have FUN.
