No, uttering a racial slur isn't quite as bad as barring black people from you presence. The first is an expression of contempt, the second is an expression of white supremacy.

All the slurs against blacks were invented by people who for decades successfully kept them away from of lunch counters, restrooms, good schools, good jobs, good parts of town, and fronts of buses. "Cracker" - and for that mattter honky and whitey - was invented by people who were victims of the above. If you can't see that the former is much more offensive than the latter, you are beyond hope.
