Your argument is silly and you are arguing just to be arguing. There are many movies and television series filmed in different localities that try to portray a different place. For instance most of CSI Miami is filmed was filmed in Long Beach, CA. Please let me know, was the movie Fargo supposed to portray Fargo, North Dakota or was it supposed to be portraying the state of Minnesota?

Ah, kk, you haven't seen the film you have an opinion about. Another unsurprising thing about you.

The film's set in Minnesota. You can tell because, at the beginning of the movie, there's text that reads "The events depicted in this film took place in Minnesota in 1987." By "Minnesota", they mean the State of Minnesota, a state that is not North Dakota, apparently.

Carl and Gaear killed a Minnesota State Patrol officer in Minnesota, where Minnesota State Patrol officers work.

Marge is a police chief in Brainerd, Minnesota.

Jerry sells cars at a dealership in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Carl steals the license plate from another car at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport, which is in Minnesota.

Marge has drinks with Mike at a Radisson in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It's pretty good.

Carl shoots Wade at a parking garage in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The movie's really good, you should see it. Might help you decide whether you'd like to retire to South Carolina.

Okay, thanks. I didn't realize that. When I look at the distance between Fargo and Brainerd, Fargo is west and a little bit North of Brainerd. So if the conditions portrayed in the movie are supposed to be for Brainerd, then I would assume that Fargo has just as severe of a winter if not more?

The original statement is I couldn't understand how North Dakota was 10th and Oregon was 50th. I still stand by that.

By the way you state that the movie depicts events that took place in Minnesota in 1987. That of course is a bold lie.

Give it up, little boy - Chilcoot did not lie, he merely quoted the text that showed on the screen at the beginning of the movie. In your zeal to attack you seem to be blinded by the facts. Of course, that has never stopped you before...
