I'm actually surprised that Nevada isn't on the list?

Nevada has:

No state income tax
Relatively low real estate costs
Desert climate for people who have health problems
Relatively low cost of living

The "desert climate" is not good for folks with asthma and COPD. They don't have enough rain to "clean the skies" Dust is a huge problem.

I like southern nevada buy my wife who suffers from both of the medical problems I listed has a hell of a time. Breathing and coughing is a problem for her when we visit. Worst thing with the COPD is that she has never smoked in her life.

I've had people move to dry climates due to their doctor's orders. I would probably choose Arizona over Nevada if I had to, but my cost of living would be higher.
It is hard to believe North Dakota is 10th on this list and Oregon is 50. That doesn't make sense.

I know its wrong to think this way, but when I see the name "North Dakota" I think of the movie "Fargo" and the brutal winter conditions, and that buffet where every item was deep fried, and the Paul Bunyan statue and the wood chipper.

This is one of them there serendipitous situations.

If someone doesn't wanna visit poor old DonDiego because of where he lives, . . . DonDiego'd just as soon they didn't visit him at all.

Makes sense that Roulette Man would think that, because the movie was set in Minnesota, which is a different state than North Dakota.

Oh was the movie about Minnesota? When I see Ocean's 13 should I be thinking about California and not casinos in Nevada? Why are you so argumentative?
