BLM backs down in Nevada Cattle roundup

Let me get this straight: The Forkie, the idealist liberal says the law is the law and we have a fine court system for challenging rulings and a fine system for redress of grievances. While the conservative Bob says what's right is right; to hell with the law and the government (and the Chinese, too).

I'm having trouble keeping you guys pigeon holed. But don't worry about me. I'll survive. And if I don't it won't be because of this.

So, has President Obama drawn a "red-line" yet? That's pretty much when one knows things are about to go down hill.

Actually the government is enforcing existing law - something Don Diego said the government must always do - otherwise its akin to (unconstitutionally) rewriting law and ignoring Congress...er something. Do I have that right?

That judge's signature looks like it's own round up.

Nothing that has happened warrants a militant attitude?!? His family has owned and operated their ranch since the 1800's. BLM agents were taking their cattle.

Public lands are not "his ranch". That seems to be a huge point of misunderstanding for him (and you).

Are conservatives saying that what we need here is an activist judge to ignore the law and do the "right" thing? Sure sounds like it to me.

Indeed, DonDiego would suggest a Law should be enforced as written; if it should be changed or eliminated, the Legislative Branch should do so.
And the Executive has some leeway in how to enforce from negotiation to employment of deadly force where warranted.

DonDiego was only concerned that The Obama may have set another red-line, . . . the result of which could well have been a peaceful takeover of the State of Nevada by its Russian-descended residents and subsequent handover to President Putin.

But today it seems the Federal Government has pulled out its troops and snipers, . . . so DonDiego supposes enforcement of the Law has been "postponed".

Your source also claims that the U.S. government was behind 9/11 and the Oklahoma City bombings. So much for his credibility - and yours.
