Breaking news - two bombs go off at Boston Marathon finish. At least two dead

The two innocent men whose faces are circled in the photo linked by DonDiego above have now sued the New York Post for defamation and related offenses.

The New York Post has now settled the defamation suit these two innocent men brought against it for publishing this cover and story



which immediately prompted DonDiego to post the photo and comments above.

Terms of the settlement have not been disclosed. In my experience, that means the New York Post paid the men a lot of money, so much so that they were willing to agree not to say how much.

DonDiego is glad the NY Post and the two individuals identified as "persons of interest" have come to an agreement regarding the issue.
