The take-off on Gone With the Wind, Carol coming down stairs dressed in the green velvet draperies, fringe, the curtain rod for shoulder pads.

I remember this skit. How she tried to keep a straight face. Priceless!
Agree w/orchid...truly good comedy doesn't need profane language or gestures to be funny.

CB and her costume person came up with this idea at literally the last minute. Nobody knew that she was going to be dreesed like this except for HK, who she absolutely knew wouldn't be able to keep it together.

Another pretty well entirely ad libbed by Tim Conway skit was one of the "eunice" skits, that nobody could hold it togohter, including the always strong vickie Lawrence. TC went of on some rant about theses siamese elaphants. I remember watching this and we were laughing so hard my mom had to run to the bathroom, she was peeing her pants.

Vicki Lawrence still travels around the country doing her two woman show. I've seen it many times and it is always halarious and good entertainment.
You can get her schedule at https://www.vickilawrence.com/

Free tickest to her show if you can tell what picture on her sight is of me.
I decided to check out youtube and came up with this:

Carrol Burnett on Youtube.com
For anyone in the Los Angeles area, you can see Carol Burnette for free this Saturday 4/20 at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books on the USC campus. The online tickets are already gone, but they hold back a bunch, and if you get to the festival before it opens, or get in the standby line, you'll probably get in. Barring that, for the price of her book you can get her to autograph it and talk with her for about five seconds.

I saw her at the festival I think two years ago, and she looks and sounds about the same, which is really nice to see.
