Cosmo sale might be official

I didn't see the actual word "official"

Cosmo
It isn't official until chilly is notified
Sounds pretty official to me. Maybe they're have a yard sale and sell all the sewing machines.
As usual, the gutless Chilcoot has nothing to say after being proven to be a liar about the sale of Cosmo. The lifestyle of a delusional liberal- just like his Daddy Obama.

Where's a "Like" button for this post when I need it?
Liberal whack jobs don't "lie". They just make things up to make themselves feel better about their collapsing world view. As Obama weakens his own stock by continually spinning what's really going on, the ripple effect is fun to watch. Even minions like Chilly can't hold back or hide their suffering.
You guys never did find an official announcement that Cosmopolitan was for sale. Probably because one apparently never existed.

And now you need to think you were right all along? Self-delude much?

As I correctly suspected long ago, it was for sale, but never officially announced for sale.

It's fun being proven right. Sad more can't enjoy my frequent thrill.
Curious what is considered "Officially For Sale" versus whatever this discussion is about.

Cosmopolitan was developed by a group led by Ian Bruce Eichner. Ever since his group defaulted on its Deutsche Bank loan in 2008, there have been rumors about the bank wanting to sell it. It's a cool property with lots of unrealized potential. But so far it's been a terrible a money sink, and an odd duck in Deutsche Bank's portfolio.

Last month, a thread was started here claiming that the rumors had metastisized into Deutsche Bank "officially listing" Cosmo for sale. I pointed out that never happened, that there was no official listing, just another wave in years of rumors.

Cosmo was finally sold last week.
The original story was correct and Chilcoot was wrong AGAIN. It was never publicized as a public sale. I really can't believe how low this guy can go to try and save his outright embarrassment.
